Why Sharpen Your Knives?

Keeping your knives sharp is the same as keeping your paintbrush clean. Do not do this; you are, in fact, increasing the possibility of hurting yourself. Knives are designed to cut, not crush, which is the difference between a sharp knife and a dull knife. Let us sharpen your knives. You will be amazed by the end result.

What knives do we sharpen?

You cut with it; we sharpen it.

Chef knives
Santoku
Carving knives
Boning knives
Paring knives
etc.
