Inspired by Asian craftsmanship, your Red Spirit boning knife also impresses with a red coloured plastic handle with an extraordinary feel. The 15 cm long blade made of X50CrMoV15 steel and a hardness of 56 HRC is designed for extreme sharpness and is ideal for re-sharpening with a F. DICK sharpening steel.
